摘要:

文章归纳了高职院校廉洁从教问题的现状, 分析其形成的原因, 继而提出了加强社会主义核心价值观教育

, 明确高职院校教师廉洁从教的管理规范, 健全高职院校教师科研评价考核体系, 构建严格的规范制度与

教师奖惩机制等有效措施。

Abstract:

This article summarizes the status quo of performing teaching duties honestly in vocational

colleges, analyzes the causes as well as proposes strengthening socialist core value

education, setting management specifications, perfecting research evaluation and assessment

system and establishing reasonable standardizing system and system of rewards and penalties.
