摘要:
 “一带一路”背景下, 中国企业“走出去”面临着严重的人才瓶颈。南通职业大学充分发挥高职教育积淀深厚、专业门类齐全、实训条件优越、师资力量雄厚的综合优势, 依托通商开展国际化办学。南通职业大学借助商会在信息、沟通和资源等方面的优势, 与东道国政府、企业和院校开展合作, 为东南亚、非洲等地区培养本土化技能型人才, 解决了“一带一路”沿线国家的通商企业人才匮乏、职教资源稀缺等问题, 提升了职业教育服务于经济社会发展的能力。
Abstract:
 Under the background of the “Belt and Road Initiative”, Chinese enterprises face serious talent bottlenecks in the process of“going out”. Nantong Vocational University fully exerts comprehensive advantages of achievements in high vocational education, complete specialty categories, excellent training conditions and strong teaching teams, and carries out internationalized education relying on Chambers of Commerce. Nantong Vocational University relies on the advantages of the Chamber of Commerce in information, communication and resources to cooperate with host governments, enterprises and colleges to cultivate localized skilled talents for the construction of the “Belt and Road”in Southeast Asia and Africa, which solves the problems of lack of talents and scarcity of vocational education resources in the countries along the route of the“Belt and Road”, as well as promotes the level and ability of vocational education to serve economic and social development.
