协同创新是以知识增值为核心, 各主体要素为实现科技创新进行整合的一种创新组织模式。校企协同创新要求高职院校要不断提升

自身科技研发能力, 高职院校要通过技术开发、技术转让、技术咨询、技术服务等加强与企业合作, 推进科技成果转化;校企协同

创新要求学校和企业联合构建以动力、激励评价、风险分担和利益分配为核心要素的校企协同实施科技成果转化的运行机制, 提升

创新主体的核心竞争力, 这也是协同创新目标最终达成的重要保障。

Abstract:
 

Collaborative innovation is an innovative organizational model in which the added value of knowledge is the core

and the main elements are integrated to realize scientific and technological innovation. Collegeenterprise

collaborative innovation requires higher vocational colleges to continuously improve their own scientific and

technological research and development capabilities. Higher vocational colleges should strengthen cooperation with

enterprises and promote transformation of scientific and technological achievements through technical development,

transfer, consultation and services; As for college-enterprise collaborative innovation, it needs colleges and

enterprises to jointly build an operational mechanism for the coordinated transformation of scientific and

technological achievements with the core elements of motivation, incentive evaluation, risk sharing and benefit

distribution, and enhance the core competitiveness of innovation subjects, which is also an important guarantee

for achieving the goal of collaborative innovation.
