摘要:
文章分析了大学生网络舆情的特征与现状, 针对大学生网络舆论中辅导员角色面临的各种挑战, 提出在大学生网络舆情中, 辅导员应从提高辅导员自身素质、及时掌握学生舆情、提升处理舆情危机能力等三个方面来探索开展工作, 从而更好地应对学生网络舆情危机。
Abstract:
Based on an analysis of the features of college students’ network public opinion, this article, in view of the challenges confronting students’ counselors arising from college students’ network public opinion, proposes improving the qualities of students’ counselors, keeping well informed about students’ public opinion and enhancing the capability for crisis handling in public opinion.
