摘要:
 湾区经济是临港产业、海岸贸易、都市商圈与湾区地理形态聚合而成的一种区域经济高级发展形态。在上海全球城市核心功能培育和非核心功能疏解扩散的机遇中, 通州湾示范区“主动对接服务上海”将成为未来发展的主旋律, 通过建设综合交通体系枢纽地, 创立沿海临港特色产业基地, 打造现代化宜居宜业新港城和构建跨区域协同合作机制, 积极培育江苏沿海湾区经济的重要增长极, 推进临港产业城建设, 以实现将通州湾示范区建成为国家级新区的战略目标。
Abstract:
 The bay area economy is a form of high-level regional economic development shaped by the combination of port-based industries, coastal trade, urban commercial circles and geographical conditions. Facing the opportunities of fostering core functions and removing non-core functions in Shanghai as a global metropolis, Tongzhou Bay Model Zone“actively abuts to serve Shanghai ”, which will become the main rhythm of future regional development. Through the construction of an integrated transportation system hub, Tongzhou Bay Model Zone shapes a port-based special coastal industrial base to build a new modern livable port city and construct a cross-regional cooperation mechanism, to actively cultivate the important economic growth in Jiangsu’s coastal bay area, to promote the construction of port-based industrial city to achieve the strategic goal of building a new national-level district.
