摘要:
基于智慧教育背景下构建创新型现代学徒制人才培养体系是当前职业教育亟须面对和解决的关键问题之 一。以高职院校环境工程技术专业为例，通过剖析“智慧教育+”现代学徒制创新型人才培养体系构建的内在逻辑，阐释“智 慧教育+”现代学徒制创新型人才培养体系构建的理论意蕴，提出“智慧教育+”现代学徒制创新型人才培养体系构建路径， 即搭建产教深度融合的智慧教育育人模式、创新高素质“双师型”教师队伍导师团队、建立数字化多元化“双主体”评价机 制，这是推进现代学徒制建设的有力保障。
