摘要:
 

国际化人才是指具有国际化意识的, 具有一流的知识结构和国际化视野, 在全球化竞争中善于把握机遇和争取主动的高层次人才。

高职院校肩负高职教育的发展使命, 应高度重视“一带一路”倡议带来的发展机遇, 改变原有的办学思路, 调整和优化人才培养模

式。要用内涵发展带动特色发展, 用特色发展带动创新发展, 用创新发展带动国际化发展, 真正做到将“国际化”融入学校的发展

战略, 将学生的国际化视野作为人才培养的重要目标之一, 以期为中国和“一带一路”沿线国家培养出合格的国际化复合型专业人

才。

Abstract:
 

Internationalized talents refer to high-level talents who are internationally conscious, have firstclass knowledge

structure and international vision, and are good at grasping opportunities and striving for initiative in global

competition. Higher vocational colleges shoulder the mission of development for higher vocational education, and

should attach great importance to the opportunities brought by the “Belt and Road Initiative”, change the

original school-running ideas, and adjust to optimize talent cultivation mode. It is necessary to drive the

development with characteristics by the one with connotation, promote the development with innovation by the one

with characteristics, and enhance the development with internationalization by the one with innovation. It is to

truly integrate the “internationalization”into the strategy of college’s development and take the international

vision of students as an important goal of talent cultivation, so as to cultivate qualified international

composite professionals for China and the countries along the“Belt and Road Initiative”.
