摘要:
文章阐述了社会管理到社会治理概念转变的成因, 分析了社会治理的价值追求, 说明了治理过程中出现的一些问题, 探索了法治与人文互动的社会治理现代化道路, 具有一定参考价值。
Abstract:
This article expounds the causes of the conceptual transition from social administration to social governance, analyzes the value pursuit of social governance, clarifies some problems arising from the governance process as well as comes up with the path of social governance modernization which interacts between the rule of law and humanistic tradition, which is expected to be of certain reference value
