目前, 高职院校兼职档案员队伍的现状及存在问题不容忽视。高职院校档案部门应建立长效的兼职档案

员管理机制, 加强对档案工作重要性的宣传, 构建运行有效的档案管理网络体系, 加强兼职档案员的培

训和考核, 积极调动兼职档案员工作的积极性, 充分挖掘兼职档案员的潜力, 全方位地推进兼职档案员

队伍建设, 使其更好地协助档案部门开展档案工作。

Abstract:
 

Presently the status quo and existing problems of part-time archivist team in vocational

colleges cannot be ignored. The archival department in higher vocational colleges should

establish a long-term part-time archivist management mechanism, enhance the propaganda on

the importance of archival work, build an effective archive management network system,

strengthen the training and assessment of part-time archivists, actively mobilize part-time

archivists, fully tap the potential of part-time archivists, and comprehensively promote

the construction of a part-time archivist team so that they can better assist the archival

department in archival work.
