摘要:: 文章分析了高技能人才在制造业中的作用及机制专业高技能人才的现状, 指出了机制专业高技能人才培养中存在的问题, 提出了提高机制专业技能人才培养质量的策略, 对优化制造企业内部人才结构、推动制造业转型升级具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract:: This article analyzes the roles of high-skilled talents in manufacturing industry and the status quo of high-skilled talents cultivating in mechanical manufacturing specialty as well as the problems that exist in high-skilled talent cultivating process. It puts forward the strategies to improve the training quality of high-skilled talents in mechanical manufacturing specialty, which is of great practical significance in optimizing the internal talents structure of manufacturing enterprises and promoting the transformation and upgrading of this industry.
