摘要:

建构产教共享生态系统是将职业教育产教融合推向深入的重要途径。在产教共享生态系统中,政府、企业

、高职院校和中介组织是必不可少的参与主体。根据不同主体在生态系统构建过程中的侧重点差异,提出

可将其分为政府主导的产教共享生态系统、企业主导的产教共享生态系统、高职院校主导的产教共享生态

系统和行业中介主导的产教共享生态系统四种类型,并对各类型生态系统的构建提出了建议。

Abstract:

The construction of an ecosystem of production and education is an important approach to

promote the integration of production and education in vocational education. Government,

enterprises, higher vocational colleges and intermediary organizations are essential

participants in a shared ecosystem of production and education. According to the differences

among different entities in the process of ecosystem construction, it is proposed to divide

it into four types of ecosystems: a government-led shared ecosystem of production and

education,an enterprise-led shared ecosystem of production and education, a shared ecosystem

of production and education led by higher vocational colleges, and an industrial

intermediary-led shared ecosystem. It further proposes suggestions for the construction of

various types of ecosystems.
