摘要:

加强实践能力培养, 使学生不仅掌握扎实的理论知识, 同时具备较强的实践能力, 是人力资源管理专业的

培养目标, 也是社会实践对人力资源从业人员的基本要求。近年来, 在劳动法课程教学中, 开展了基于学

生实践能力提高的课程教学改革实践。实践结果表明:基于学生实践能力提高的教学模式, 在对人才培养方

案进行审视的基础上, 以学生为主体, 通过学生合作、共同探索来系统学习学科知识, 培养了学生的主动

学习习惯和团队合作精神, 提升了学生的实践能力和团队协作能力, 为培养高素质、复合型人才打下了坚

实的学科基础。

Abstract:

Strengthening the cultivation of practical ability not only enables students to acquire solid

theoretical knowledge, but also empowers them with strong practical ability, which is the

cultivation goal of human resources management major, and also the basic requirement of

social practice for human resources practitioners.In recent years, the practice of curriculum

reform based on the improvement of students’ practical ability has been carried out in the

teaching of Labor Law. The results of practice show that, based on the teaching mode of

improving students’ practical ability and reviewing talent cultivation plan as well as

centered by students, systematic learning of subject knowledge through student cooperation

and joint exploration helps cultivate students’ active learning habits and team spirit,

improve students’ practical ability and teamwork ability, which lays a solid academic

foundation for cultivating high-quality and interdisciplinary talents.
