摘要:
青年团干部素质直接决定了团学活动的质量。目前, 高职院校对青年团干部创新思维和创新能力的培养力度不大, 青年团干部对工作缺乏持续的热情和责任感, 工作中过分依赖指导老师, 独当一面的能力不强。因此, 要在项目化管理模式下, 以团学项目为支撑, 建立健全青年团干部培养机制, 加强青年团干部的价值观教育, 增强青年团干部的应变能力、决策能力、统筹协调能力及应对突发事件的能力。
Abstract:
The quality of youth league and student union learning activities is directly determined by the qualities of youth league cadres. At present, the training of youth league cadres in innovative thinking and ability is not sufficient in higher vocational colleges. The youth league cadres lack constant enthusiasm and sense of responsibility for their work. They are over-dependent on their counselors and their ability to work independently is not strong. Therefore, under the project-based management mode and with the support of youth league and student union projects, it needs to establish and improve a youth league cadre training mechanism, strengthen the education of values among youth league cadres, and enhance their abilities of adaptability, decision-making, coordination and dealing with contingency.
