摘要:
目前, 大多数高职院校实行了教师企业实习制度, 但由于缺乏科学、有效的评价激励制度, 无法客观地对教师企业实践的绩效做出评价。因此, 高职院校应遵循教师的成长规律, 从完善评价激励机制、充实评价激励的内容、强化评价激励效果等方面构建高职院校教师企业实践评价激励制度。同时, 要遵循科学性、导向性和结合性原则, 将评价指标和激励措施相结合, 确保教师企业实践评价激励机制实施的有效性。
Abstract:
At present, most of the higher vocational colleges implement an internship system of teachers’ enterprise practice. However, due to the lack of a scientific and effective evaluation and incentive system, the performance of teachers’ enterprise practice cannot be objectively evaluated. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should follow the law of teachers’ growth to construct teachers’ practical evaluation and incentive system from the aspects of improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism, enriching the evaluation and incentive content, and strengthening the evaluation and incentive effects. Meanwhile, the principles of scientificalness, orientation and combination should be followed and evaluation indexes and incentive measures should be integrated so as to ensure the effectiveness of implementing teachers’ enterprise practice evaluation and incentive mechanism.
