摘要:

文章以沙洲职业工学院校企联合举办现代学徒制试点项目为基础, 建立了学校、企业、学生等各方责权利

界定制度并进行了落实, 修订完善了人才培养方案, 取得了显著的实施效果, 为高职现代学徒制的开展提

供了参考。

Abstract:

Combined with the pilot program of modern apprenticeship jointly run by the enterprise and

shazhou Institute of Technology, this article establishes and implements the demarcation

rules for the responsibilities, rights and benefits of schools, enterprises and students as

well as revises the talents cultivation schemes, which has achieved remarkable effects and

will serve as a reference for the implementation of modern apprenticeship in vocational

colleges.
