摘要:
文章在总结高职大学生社会实践创新基本经验基础上, 对实践创新意识、实践创新内容、实践创新机制和实践创新载体上存在的问题进行深入的研究, 并尝试从“纽扣效应”视角归纳出实践创新过程中不可或缺的四大力量——“个体出力”、“团队合力”、“领导给力”、“基地借力”, 以开创高职大学生社会实践创新发展的新局面。
Abstract:
Based on the experiences of social practice innovation in vocational colleges, this article studies the problems arising from its consciousness, contents, mechanism and carriers. In addition, this article puts forward the four driving forces in the process of practice innovation, that is, individual efforts, team work, leadership and support from the base from the perspective of button effect, which is expected to create the new atmosphere for the innovation and development of social practice in vocational colleges.
