Suzhou Rail Transit has successfully operated three lines since 2011, namely line 1, line 2
and line 4, which are all in good operational condition. The experience of successful
operation shows that training is one of the important means to improve employees’ overall
quality and enhance their core competitiveness. Starting from analysis of the practical
problems of employees’ training in urban rail transit stations, it fundamentally discusses
the important role of employees’ training in urban rail transit stations, and combines the
training work for station employees of Suzhou Rail Transit Group to propose countermeasures
and construct a training system for urban rail transit station employees.
