摘要:

跟踪毕业生职业生活, 了解毕业生职业现状, 是高校就业部门常规工作之一, 对检验教育教学质量、推动

教育教学改革, 进一步提高高校人才培养质量发挥着重要作用。本研究基于2018年针对某高校2012届712名

毕业生进行的随机抽样调查结果, 获取有效样本661份, 从工作满意度、就业稳定性和职业竞争力等维度进

行分析和研究, 以期把握高校毕业生毕业六年后的职业生活状况, 就相关问题提出解决的对策和建议。

Abstract:

Tracking graduates occupational life to understand current occupational status of graduates

is a routine work of a college’s employment department. It plays an important role in

examining the quality of education and teaching, promoting educational and teaching reform,

and further improving the quality of talent fostering. This study, carried out in 2018, is

based on a random sample survey of 712 graduates of 2012 in a local university, as a result

of which 661 effective samples were obtained. It analyzes and studies their job satisfaction,

employment stability and professional competitiveness etc., in order to understand the

graduates’ career life after six years of their graduation, and propose countermeasures and

suggestions on related issues.
