The theory of action learning is oriented by actual work tasks or problems, guided by task
completion or problem solving, and based on individual ability, through which individual
level of competence is promoted through questioning and reflection on inherent knowledge in
actual work process, as well as team and colleagues’support.Junior teachers are the main
force of teachers’team in higher vocational colleges.The level of their teaching ability has
a greater impact on teaching, which needs more concerns by college’s management.Therefore,
