执政党功能的优化是马克思主义执政理论的重要内涵, 也是中国共产党在新时代保持其先进性和纯洁性的必然要求。中国共产党在

新时代要根据不断变化的世情、国情和党情适时优化自身功能, 始终保持纯洁性和先进性, 才能不断提高执政水平, 带领全国各族

人民完成中华民族伟大复兴的历史使命。

Abstract:

The optimization of the ruling party’s function is an important connotation of Marxist ruling theory, and it is

also an inevitable requirement for the Chinese Communist Party to maintain its advanced nature and purity in the

new era. The Chinese Communist Party should optimize its own function in accordance with the changing world

conditions, national conditions and party conditions, and always maintain its purity and advanced nature, so as to

continuously upgrade its ruling level and lead the people of all ethnic groups throughout the country to complete

the historical mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
