摘要:
通过分析职业教育中的校企合作问题, 对如何构建企业主导下的现代学徒制人才培养模式进行反思, 在阐述现代学徒制人才培养模式内涵的基础上, 从合作组建现代学徒制领导机构、共同制定现代学徒制人才培养方案、合作共建基于工作岗位的课程体系、共同确定考核评价体系四方面提出了企业主导下的现代学徒制人才培养模式构建路径, 以期为职业院校的改革发展提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Through analyzing the problems of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education, reflection is made on how to construct talents cultivation mode of modern apprenticeship led by enterprises. Based on expounding the connotation of talents cultivation mode of modern apprenticeship, the construction path of talents cultivation mode of modern apprenticeship is put forward from the four aspects of joint formation of modern apprenticeship leadership mechanism, co-foundation of modern apprenticeship talents cultivation plan, cooperation for the establishment of curriculum system-based on job requirements, joint ascertainment of assessment and evaluation system, in expectation of providing reference for reform and development of vocational colleges.
