摘要:
文章在分析现代学徒制内涵和特征的基础上, 阐述了现代学徒制在我国高职院校试点过程中面临的困境, 并从制定政策和法律保障、创建具体实施措施、打造专兼结合的教师队伍、明确学徒的权利和义务等方面提出解决对策, 以促使现代学徒制试点的学校和企业深度融合、共同发展。
Abstract:
On the basis of analyzing the connotation and characteristics of modern apprenticeship, this article explains the predicaments encountered in the process of piloting modern apprenticeship in higher vocational colleges in China, and it also proposes countermeasures from the aspects of formulating policy and legal guarantee, creating concrete implementation measures, organizing full-time and part-time teachers team, clarifying rights and obligations of apprentices, etc., to promote in-depth integration and common development between colleges and enterprises which pilot modern apprenticeship.
