摘要:
文章总结了江苏省交通行业党建工作的特点, 并针对在交通行业党建工作实践中出现的问题, 提出了需要重点把握行业党建工作的持久创新, 把握行业党建工作的广泛性和覆盖面, 把握行业党建工作与业务工作的有效融合, 把握“党建+项目”工程化管理项目化推进的方法路径, 把握行业党建工作的事前规划和事后考评等“五把握”对策, 为行业党建工作的开展提供了参考。
Abstract:
This article summarizes the characteristics of the Party construction work in Jiangsu communications industry. In addition, in terms of the problems arising from the Party construction practice in communications industry, it puts forward “five grasps”countermeasures such as grasping lasting innovation, grasping the broadness and coverage, grasping the effective integration between Party construction work and professional work, grasping the paths to promote the“Party construction + project”management project as well as grasping the prior planning and post evaluation, which is expected to be of certain reference value to the industrial Party construction work
