Based on an analysis of the status quo of and the problems arising from entrepreneurship
mentor selection in Chinese colleges, this article proposes constructing the mechanism of
college entrepreneurship mentor selection from such angles as scope of employment,
employment conditions and employment process so as to ensure the diversity of the background
and source of entrepreneurship mentors, standardize the team of entrepreneurship mentors,
cultivate and enhance the career creation ability of college students as well as promote
their career creation and employment, which is expected to be of great practical
significance in achieving a winwin situation among students, colleges and entrepreneurship
mentors.
