摘要:
文章阐述了职业技能大赛对学生技能水平、教师业务水平及校企合作等方面的促进作用,并从人才培养目标、教育教学改革、师资队伍建设、教材建设、实训基地建设等方面提出基于职业技能大赛的高职人才培养的策略。
Abstract:
This article elaborates the roles professional skills contests play in promoting the students’ skills,the teachers’ teaching level and school-enterprise cooperation. In addition, it puts forward the strategies for talents cultivation in vocational colleges from such angles as talents cultivation objectives, education and teaching reform as well as construction of teachers’ team, teaching materials and training bases.
