摘要:

文章从高职院校实施教师激励措施的积极意义出发,指出了激励政策制定参与度低、缺乏对高职院校教师的

需求分析及激励未体现按劳分配等高职院校激励机制存在的三大问题,并从心理学的角度提出了相应的三大

对策,以优化高职院校教师激励机制。

Abstract:

Based on an introduction of the significance of implementing incentive measures for teachers

in vocational colleges, this article analyzes the problems arising from the incentive

mechanism in vocational colleges,that is, low participation rate of incentive policy making,

lack of an analysis of the demands of vocational college teachers and failing to distribute

according to work. In addition, it puts forward the three corresponding countermeasures from

the angle of psychology, which is expected to optimize the incentive mechanism for vocational

college teachers.
