摘要:
轮机管理是一门既艰辛又复杂的综合性学问。文章提出在日常轮机管理工作中, 一个优秀的轮机长要有强烈的忧患意识和适度的“怀疑”精神, 以保证船舶、设备和人员的安全。
Abstract:
Marine engineering management is an arduous and complex comprehensive work. The article puts forward that, in the work of routine marine engineering management, an excellent chief engineer should have a strong sense of suffering consciousness and moderate skepticism to ensure the safety of ships, equipment and personnel.
