摘要:
文章基于问卷调查法分析了高校职业指导工作现状与存在的问题, 提出了进行系统化顶层设计、理清指导思路、创新指导形式、增强职业指导师资力量和加强校企合作与交流等对策, 以期积极推动高校职业指导工作的开展。
Abstract:
Based on a questionnaire survey, this article analyzes the status quo and problems existing in occupational guidance work in colleges, and puts forward such countermeasures as adopting systematic top-level designs, solidifying ideas, innovating guidance approaches, building up teachers’ team and strengthening collegeenterprise cooperation and communication, which is expected to promote the occupational guidance work in colleges.
