摘要:
文章针对目前高职院校青年教师培养体系、导师制度、成长平台、激励机制等问题, 提出了健全青年教师岗前培训、完善青年教师导师制度、搭建青年教师成长平台、健全青年教师激励机制等相应对策, 具有一定的参考价值。
Abstract:
Focusing on the problems such as the cultivation system, the mentor system, the growth platform and the incentive mechanism in cultivating young teachers in vocational colleges, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of sounding the pre-post training, perfecting the mentor system, building up the growth platform and perfecting the incentive mechanism for young teachers etc., which has certain reference value.
