摘要:

港航管理业的新发展对从业人员素质提出了更高的要求, 现代学徒制能更好地提高学生实践能力、对接企

业文化, 是满足这一人才培养要求的有效方式。为此, 要参照优化流程, 按照现代学徒制模式优化港航管

理专业项目课程体系。同时, 通过配套改革教学管理制度和教学组织实施, 为优化后课程体系的顺利实施

提供有力保障。

Abstract:

The new development of the port and shipping management industry puts forward higher

requirements for the quality of practitioners. Modern apprenticeship can serve to better

improve students’ practical ability and docking corporate culture, which is an effective way

to meet the requirements of such kind of talent cultivation. Thus, there is a need to refer

to the process of optimization and optimize the project curriculum system of the port and

shipping management specialty according to modern apprenticeship model. Meanwhile, through

the supporting reform of teaching management system and implementation of teaching

organizations, it provides a forceful guarantee for the smooth implementation of the

optimized curriculum system.
