摘要:
道德、法律及和谐网络文化三者都具有共同追求的价值目的, 不仅如此, 道德和法律也都具有规范、矫正、激励与评判的功能, 在此基础上从硬性矫正和柔性指引两方面来提出构建和谐网络文化的方向和意见。
Abstract:
Morality, law and harmonious network culture all have the commonly-pursued value and objective. Furthermore, morality and law also have the function of regulating, remedying, stimulating and judging, based on which the directions and opinions are put forward to construct harmonious network culture from two aspects of compulsory remedy and flexible guidance.
