摘要:
文章通过对超大型无动力船舶“DD035”轮拖带航行的环境和拖带方案进行评估,得到超大型船舶在拖带航行中存在的碍航性及风险隐患,并提出相应的建议措施,为拖带航行安全和拖带方案的改进提供了参考。
Abstract:
Based on an assessment of the towing sailing environment and towing scheme for the super-large powerless ship “DD035”, this article elicits the obstacles and risks confronted during its towing sailing as well as puts forward the corresponding measures, which is expected to provide reference for the improvement of the towing sailing safety and towing scheme.
