摘要:
电视剧《人民的名义》中的角色“孙连城”作为“为官不为”者的典型形象引发热议。文章以“孙连城”的荧屏形象为切入点，梳理“为官不为”的现实表现，揭示其危害，分析其原因，并从干部自身建设和政治生态建设两个维度提出了“为官不为”治理之策。
Abstract:
“SUN Lian-cheng”, a character from the TV serials In the Name of the People, has sparked heated discussions as a typical figure for “cadres of indolence in fulfilling their duties”. Taking the screen figure of “SUN Liancheng” as an entry point, this article enumerates the manifestations of “cadres’indolence”, reveals its hazards and analyzes its causes. In addition, it puts forward the governance measures for “cadres’indolence” from such two angles as cadres’ self-construction and political ecological construction.
