In cultivating target-trained naval sergeants in non-military colleges, political qualities
are of great significance to the cultivation of sergeants with a sense of political
responsibility and political consciousness. This article proposes adhering to the principle
of "Two Views and Two Histories" as well as adopting the "Four-creation" measures so as to
ensure that the correct political orientation and cultivate the new generation of
revolutionary soldiers with lofty ideals, moral integrity, good education and a good sense of
discipline.
